Sweet, Nutty, Creamy Artisan Cheese

Our farmstead cheese is handcrafted in small batches with raw milk from our Jersey cows. 

HASSIAGO

We prefer to share this medium hard, aged cheese at 4 to 5 months for a full flavored, more buttery texture than traditional longer-aged Asiago cheese. Our customers use Hassiago grated in recipes, melted on sandwiches, and as individual slices on cheese plates.

Wholesale pricing is available for whole rounds, ranging from 8 to 11 lbs each.

At this time, we do not ship or deliver cheese out of the state of Arizona.
